Hey! I'm Katie and I've been a CrossFit affiliate owner for nearly 13 years. I started CrossFit back in 2010 and even got to compete at Regionals in 2011 which was pretty rad. I have a background in Athletic training and have spent over 25 years working with athletes on a variety of levels.
I have been a CrossFit certified trainer for 16 years and have a number of other coaching qualifications under my belt. I have a passion for heavy lifting, and even competed in some amateur strongman competitions.
But more than anything I just love to help people move safely, stay healthy and most of all have FUN doing it! I will always find ways to make things fun, whether it's warm up games, fancy dress workouts or themed events because life needs more laughter!
I pride myself in my coaching eye and ability to help anyone who comes through our doors move to the best of their ability; I create a safe and welcoming atmosphere and will always have time for anyone who needs it.
Coaching, and most importantly, PEOPLE, are my passion.
I have been training and coaching Crossfit since 2015 and am a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer. I am also a qualified Sport Massage Therapist.
When I first tried CrossFit I was instantly hooked! I love the variety and technicality of the different movements and enjoy the challenge of constantly learning and improving my skills. There is nothing greater than being able to help develop and guide people of all abilities, or help the established athlete reach a new PB.
Outside the gym I have always loved Martial Arts and have trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2008, and recently started Muay Thai for a new challenge. When I am not exercising I like to try out new recipes in the kitchen or on the BBQ, listen to music or watch a good movie but also love spending time in the fresh air and sunshine.
I’m Jenny, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and coach with a passion for helping people become stronger, fitter and more confident.
I’ve been involved in rugby for over 25 years, giving me a strong background in strength, conditioning, teamwork and performance. In 2026, I also achieved my England Rugby coaching award, building on my experience and passion for coaching across both rugby and fitness.
I believe training should be challenging, rewarding and, most importantly, enjoyable. You don’t need to be the fittest or strongest person in the room — you just need to be willing to give it a go.
I enjoy coaching people of all abilities, from complete beginners to those wanting to improve their strength, fitness and technique. My coaching style is supportive, positive and encouraging, but I’m not afraid to push you when I know you’re capable of more!
For me, coaching is about helping people discover what they’re capable of, build confidence and leave a session feeling stronger than when they walked in.
