KICKSTART

2 WEEK INTRO PACKAGE

£35 - 2 week all inclusive package including x3 1:1 sessions with a coach and unlimited training sessions. This is for those who have not done CF before to help guide you through the foundations of CF methodology. Once you complete the 2 week induction you can choose one of our other membeship options to transition to.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

UNLIMITED TRAINING SESSIONS EVERY MONTH

£95/month get you unlimited access to ALL classes on our timetable!

BASIC MEMBERSHIP

x12 SESSIONS PER MONTH

£80/month gets you x12 sessions to use on any classes you choose. This equals x3 sessions per week but you can spread them out over the month however you choose.

BLOCK OF 10

£100

This block of ten has no expiry date and gives you access to booking onto any class on our timetable. This membership is non-refundable.

THE GAMES

£1045

This is a full year up front and secures your space here at CFL and give you access to UNLIMITED training sessions every month. But paying for a year up front you get one month FREE! This membership option is non-refundable.
